Just look for the code between {block:CustomCursor} and (/block:CustomCursor}
In there, the first URL is for the normal cursor, and the second URL is for when the cursor is hovering over links! They’re images, so any image will work. Just make sure they’re around the size of a normal cursor, if it’s too big it won’t load.
